Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Riverside Museum. Before we begin the guided tour, I need to cover a few practical points. First, group meeting points: if you get separated from the group, please make your way back to the main entrance, where a member of staff will be able to help you find us again — we'll be moving through the Ancient Egypt gallery, then the Natural History wing, and finishing in the Interactive Science Hall. Second, photography: photography without flash is permitted in most galleries, but the Ancient Egypt gallery specifically prohibits all photography, including phones, to protect the artefacts from light damage — you'll see signs marking this clearly. Third, timing: the full tour takes approximately ninety minutes, with a short break halfway through near the café, where you're welcome to buy a drink or snack, though food isn't allowed inside the galleries themselves. Fourth, for anyone with young children, the Interactive Science Hall has a dedicated family area with hands-on exhibits, and buggies can be left at the cloakroom near the main entrance free of charge. Finally, if you'd like to purchase anything afterwards, the gift shop is located just past the café, and closes fifteen minutes after the museum itself.
