By creating an account or using Prep4 by nrol ("Prep4," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• A guest practice session (before you sign up) is tied to your browser and can be lost if cookies are cleared — signing up carries that history onto a real account.

Prep4 provides practice content and automated/AI-assisted feedback for English proficiency exams such as IELTS. Band scores and other results shown in the product are estimates only, produced by our own scoring logic or by AI providers we configure — they are not official scores issued by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, or any other testing body, and we don't guarantee they will match your actual exam result.

Some scoring features (e.g. AI-assisted Writing or Speaking scoring) depend on a live AI provider being configured; when one isn't, that feature is honestly shown as unavailable rather than producing a fabricated result.

There is no online payment processing live yet. Where a paid product is shown, placing an order does not charge you automatically — we follow up directly to arrange payment (and, for human-reviewed tiers, scheduling). Pricing is subject to change, and any refund policy will be confirmed at the time online payments go live.

You agree not to:

• Share your account, or redistribute practice content, question banks, or recordings outside personal exam preparation.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract content from the service.
• Use the service to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service's normal operation.

Speaking practice is only recorded after you give explicit consent at the point of recording. Recordings are used to assess your response and are automatically deleted 30 days after submission — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Prep4's practice content, questions, audio, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation, not for redistribution or commercial use. You retain ownership of your own written/spoken responses; by submitting them, you allow us to process and store them as needed to provide the service (e.g. grading, and improving our own scoring systems).

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us below — we don't yet have a self-service delete option built into the product.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on any estimated score. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you under other applicable consumer or data-protection law where you live.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated to you directly where required.
